Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty describes the support available if your item arrives damaged or not as ordered. It is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Damage on arrival (DOA) claim window

Claims for damage on arrival must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

The product damage

The outer packaging and any internal packaging

The shipping label (if visible)

What this limited warranty covers

Items that arrive damaged during delivery (reported within the DOA claim window)

Items that were shipped incorrectly (wrong item received)

What is not covered

Issues reported after the 48-hour DOA claim window for delivery damage

Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling after delivery

Normal wear and tear

Possible solutions (based on the situation)
After review, we may provide one of the following outcomes, depending on what is appropriate and available:

Replacement shipment (when available)

Return authorization with seller-covered return shipping for confirmed delivery damage or wrong shipment

Refund processed after approval, within 10 business days
