Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $100 or more ship free. Orders under $100 have a flat $10 shipping fee.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process in 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 6:00 PM (CST) begin processing the next business day.
How long does delivery take after shipment?
Estimated transit time is 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery timing can vary due to carrier conditions and destination.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers when appropriate.
Do you provide tracking?
If tracking is available for your shipment, we provide tracking details after your order ships. Tracking may take time to update once the carrier receives the package.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will review and provide a resolution based on the situation.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. If confirmed, we will cover return shipping or provide a resolution based on the situation.
What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to return eligibility conditions.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. For confirmed quality issues, wrong shipment, or delivery damage, we cover return shipping or address the issue based on the situation.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Do you charge tax at checkout?
Product prices include tax. We do not add additional tax at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment, you may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on order status. After shipment, orders cannot be canceled; please follow the return process after delivery.
