We understand plans can change. This policy explains when cancellations are possible and what to do if an order can’t be canceled.

Before shipment

You may request a cancellation before your order ships.

Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s processing status (for example, if packing has started).

To request a cancellation, email info@leanfurnish.com with your order number as soon as possible.

After shipment

Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

If you no longer want the item, please wait for delivery and follow our Returns & Refund Policy within the return window.
